TRINITY, Fla. – The last of the major prep races for the 149th Kentucky Derby have been run with Lord Miles blowing up the Wood Memorial at 57-1, Tapit Trice winning the Blue Grass and Practical Move taking the Santa Anita Derby.
Each winner picked up 100 points and earned a spot in the starting gate on the first Saturday in May at Churchill Downs in Louisville.
Here are the top 20 colts as of now barring any defections. The Lexington on April 15 Keeneland offers 20 points to the winner, but it is highly unlikely any colt coming out of that race would make the Derby field.
