Gulfstream Today: Sunday’s Rainbow 6 Carryover Jackpot Swells to $765,298

HALLANDALE BEACH, FL – The 20-cent Rainbow 6 went unsolved for the 17th consecutive program at Gulfstream Park Saturday, leaving a carryover jackpot of $765,298.69 for Sunday’s 13-race program

Multiple tickets with all six winners were each worth $38,321.56.

The Rainbow 6 carryover jackpot is paid out only when there is a single unique ticket sold with all six winners. On days when there is no unique ticket, 70 percent of that day’s pool goes back to those bettors holding tickets with the most winners while 30 percent is carried over to the jackpot pool.

The Rainbow 6 was last solved Feb. 23, when a unique ticket was worth a $324,17978 jackpot payoff.

Who’s Hot: Jockey Jose Lezcano tripled, scoring back-to-back with Sinatra ($6.40) in the first race and Feel Proud ($3) in the second before guiding Classic Cotton ($26) to victory in the 10th.
