GULFSTREAM PARK

Race 8) Grade 3 Hardacre Mile Stakes 4-year-olds & Up Post Time 3pm EDT

Conquest Big E (1), hot works in the a.m. haven’t helped in the afternoons.

Always Dreaming (2), Derby winner returns after seven months on the sidelines; a perfect 2-for-2 here; solid worktab for trainer who hits with 30 percent of his long layoffs.

Mr. Jordan (3), though winless here in 11 tries, he’s placed in five and finished third once; should like the slight distance turnback.

Irish War Cry (4), Curlin colt battled throughout in the G3 Hal’s Hope just couldn’t get to the winner; will compete here for the win again.

Tommy Macho (5), driving winner of the G3 Hooper here in January, his third victory at Gulfstream from five attempts; they’ll have to catch him.

Page McKenney (6), is a beast at the overnight stakes level, current form has him threatening at this level.

Selections: 2, 5, 4, 6
