Rainbow 6 Hit Wednesday for $ 19,279.20 Payoff
MIAMI GARDENS, FL – The 20-cent Rainbow 6 was solved at Gulfstream Park West Wednesday when a single ticket with all six winners was worth a $19,279.20 jackpot payoff.
The popular multi-race wager had gone unsolved for one racing day after a $48,706 jackpot was hit last Sunday.
The combination of Wednesday’s winning ticket was 7-5-1-5-1-2.
The carryover jackpot is only paid out when there is a single unique ticket sold with all six winners.
On days when there is no unique ticket, 70 percent of that day’s pool goes back to those bettors holding tickets with the most winners, while 30 percent is carried over to the jackpot pool.
The Rainbow 6 starts anew Thursday with a sequence that will span Races 3-8.
