GULFSTREAM PARK

Race 13) 1&1/16th Mile. Xpressbet Fountain of Youth S. Grade II. Purse $400,000 THREE YEAR OLDS.
Post Time: ( 5:32)/ 4:32/ 3:32/ 2:32

1) Code of Honor – McGaughey/Velazquez (M/L 6-1); took a step back last out in the Mucho Macho Man finishing up empty; Shug with a beaten favorite next out, 24 percent.

2) Epic Dreamer – Breen/Gaffalione (M/L 20-1); battled gamely in the Holy Bull where he took the field deep into the stretch; posted a blistering bullet in prep for this.

3) Gladiator King – Mejia/Solorzano (M/L 50-1); beaten by double-digit lengths in all three of his Gulfstream starts.

4) Bourbon War – Hennig/Ortiz, I (M/L 10-1); solid rebounding effort here in besting OC’s at today’s distance; jock stays.

5) Vekoma – Weaver/Franco (M/L 7-2); perfect 2-for-2, makes first start since pulling away from the G3 Nashua field back in November; today gets first lasix.

6) Signalman – McPeek/Hernandez, B. (M/L 9-2);
never off the board in five career starts, highlighted by his Grade 2 Kentucky Jockey Club score; a must for all wagers.

7) Hidden Scroll – Mott/Rosario ( M/L 9-5); blistered a maiden field here in January by 14 lengths; that win has given rise to a serious overbet situation given this years 3-year-old crop; not taking a short price.

8) Global Campaign – Hough/Saez (M/L 10-1); Curlin colt is also a perfect 2-for-2 with both victories coming here, the last at today’s route; he’s been working like he runs, fast.

9) Everfast – Romans/Landeros (M/L 20-1); makes his seventh start at the distance, his last ws a determined try in the Holy Bull finishing second; negative is he’s been handled easily by a couple of these.

10) Frosted Grace – Ritvo/Gonzales (M/L 20-1); goes to the deep end of the pool today, not sure if that’s where he needs to swim now.

11) Union’s Destiny – Avila/Reyes (M/L 30-1); Iis one across the board in three career attempts, all here, however his best will come against lesser.

Selections: 6, 5, 7, 1, 8 Live Longshot #2

Race 12) 1 Mile. Davona Dale S. Grade II. Purse $200,000 FILLIES, THREE YEARS OLD.
Post Time: ( 5:01)/ 4:01/ 3:01/ 2:01 ADVANCED FORECAST: Mostly Sunny, High 80, Low 74

1) Jaywalk – Breeders’ Cup juvenile Filly champ has done nothing wrong in winning four straight by open lengths; she dominates this group on her way to Kentucky.

5) Champagne Anyone – finished up nicely last out in G3 Forward Gal and looks to be a clear second best in here.

6) Bold Script – Speightstown filly has been strong on both turf and synthetics and trainer Stuart Simon enjoys a solid 27 percent win rate with the all-weather to dirt angle.

The Field:

1) Jaywalk – Servis/Rosario (M/L 2-5)
2) Cookie Dough – Gold/Sanchez (M/L 20-1)
3) Another Time – Minshall/Ortiz, I. (M/L 30-1)
4) Jeltrin – Delgado/Reyes (M/L 30-1)
5) Champagne Anyone – Wilkes/Landeros (M/L 6-1)
