The eyes of the sporting world will be focused on the Tampa Florida area this weekend as Super Bowl LV takes place Sunday but one earlier Tampa Bay Downs will host it’s 41st Festival Preview Day highlighted by the running of the Sam F. Davis Stakes for three-year-olds, with Derby points on the line it should be a competitive affair.
