Prairie Meadows to Host First Responders Night During Live Horse Racing on September 19

ALTOONA, IA – Prairie Meadows Racetrack & Casino will host First Responders Night on Saturday, September 19, featuring live horse racing, entertainment and emergency vehicle displays.

The evening begins at 4:30 p.m. with live music on the track apron, emergency vehicles on display, and a kids corner with hands-on activities. Live racing follows with a 5 p.m. start time

First Responders and their families receive a free meal on the track apron by RSVPing at https://www.prairiemeadows.com/page-6?preview=true.

The live music entertainment throughout the night includes Mike Moody and the Outlaws band on the track apron from 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., followed by Big Hair Mafia band in the Finish Line Show Lounge from 10 p.m. to midnight.
