Grade 1 Winner Ag Bullet Leads Field for $400,000 Franklin
Oct. 11 at Keeneland
LEXINGTON, KY (Oct. 4, 2026) – Calvin Nguyen and Joey Tran’s Ag Bullet headlines a field of eight entered Sunday for the 30th running of the $400,000 Franklin (G2) at 5½ furlongs on the turf on Sunday, Oct. 11 at Keeneland.
Trained by Richard Baltas, the 6-year-old daughter of Twirling Candy won the Jaipur (G1) in 2025 and finished second in this year’s renewal. Ag Bullet returns to Keeneland for the first time since finishing fourth in the First Lady (G1) at the 2024 Fall Meet.
The Franklin highlights Sunday’s nine-race program as the eighth race.
