Drefong (2), BC Sprint champ makes 2017 debut and should be ready to make it six straight wins; Baffert re-loads, Smith “Big Money”.

St. Joe Bay (3), game try in Dubai snapped his 3-race win streak; trainer/jock tandem 35 percent on the year.

Ransom the Moon (4), missed by a neck trying for his second straight G2 win; he’ll make it interesting late.

Big Macher (5),SCRATCHED returned to winning form last out taking the Thor’s Echo at Santa Anita; has three wins here.

Magic Taste (6), cleared a starter handicap field in last; better against le4sser.

Coastline (7), off the board in five straight; pass.

Roy H (8), winner of three straight, highlighted in last by his Grade 2 True North victory; watch this one.

Solid Wager (9), closed strongly two back in G2 CD finishing a length back fourth, however threw in a clunker last out in Met Mile; cut back helps.

Kobe’s Back (10), knows this field and brings every time, but it’s been a while since he’s brought to the winners circle; can’t discount in exotics.

Moe Candy (11), solid second in the Kona Gold, his eighth board finish in nine career starts; hot trainer/jock combo.
