Race 8), 1 Mile. G3 Pat Day Mile S. Post Time: ( 2:45)/ 1:45/12:45/11:45

Uncontested (4), Catalano/Smith; surrendered the lead late in each of his last two at Oaklawn, the G3 Southwest and Grade 2 Rebel; however over a sloppy Hot Springs oval last January, Tiz Wonderful colt wired the Smarty Jones Stakes run at today’s distance; they’ll have to catch him.

Local Hero (1), Asmussen/Geroux; finished third to a pair of Derby starters in both the G2 Risen Star and Louisiana Derby; never out of the money from five career starts, Hard Spun colt is dangerous on the cutback.

Excitations (9), Stall/Mena; Fair Grounds Racing Club’s Into Mischief colt exits a solid score at Keeneland where he sat just off the pace to pull away in stretch to win by a little over four lengths; his racing debut saw him lose a head-bobb to Derby starter Girvin.

Bobby On Fleek (12), Brown/Ortiz, J; enters off a nice win over the Aqueduct inner and today’s goes long for the first time, an angle this barn hits at with 32 percent of their starters.

Selections: 4, 1, 9, 12
