The NYRA Bets Late Pick 5 includes a 100% carryover provision of the net pool into the next available NYRA Bets Late Pick 5 if there are no winning tickets. There will be a mandatory payout of the pool on Saturday, October 7.
“Over the course of the Saratoga meet, the NYRA Bets Late Pick 5 provided horseplayers with tremendous value and exciting wagering opportunities often highlighted by significant overlays,” said Tony Allevato, President of NYRA Bets and Executive Producer for NYRA TV. “The Pick 5 is quickly becoming the most popular bet among our members, and that’s why we’re pleased to be able to offer it this fall at Belmont Park.”
Launched at Belmont Park on July 4, the NYRA Bets Late Pick 5 was then offered every day of the 2017 summer meet at Saratoga Race Course.
