OZONE PARK, N.Y. — George and Stephanie Autry’s Frost Wise looks to build on a career best 88 Beyer Speed Figure last out as the filly makes her stakes debut in the $100,000 Bay Ridge on Thursday at Aqueduct Racetrack.

Originally slated for December 29, the 1 ⅛ mile route race for older New York-bred fillies and mares was rescheduled for January 11 because of a cancellation of live racing due to bad weather.

Trained by Michael Dilger, Frost Wise broke her maiden in her sixth career start this summer at Saratoga Race Course at 6 ½ furlongs. She followed up that performance with a fifth-place effort in a six furlong allowance race at Belmont Park on October 19 before stretching out to a mile at Aqueduct on November 8, finishing third. The added distance seemed to suit the front-running filly who followed up that performance with an impressive 16 ¼ length wire-to-wire win in a mile allowance race at Aqueduct on November 30.

The daughter of Frost Giant will break from the rail with Kendrick Carmouche in the saddle.

Charlton Baker owned-and-trained Riot Worthy will look to stretch out to the Bay Ridge distance for the first time in her 24thcareer start. The daughter of Patriot Act will look to bounce back from a fifth place finish in the seven-furlong $125,000 New York Stallion Series Staten Island on November 12 and recapture the form from two races back, when she posted a career best 87 Beyer in a second-place finish in a 6 ½ furlong allowance race at Belmont Park on October 25.

Riot Worthy will break from the outside with Manny Franco in the irons.

Matthew Shera’s Super Allison is hoping a trainer change to George Weaver will help the Super Saver filly regain her 2016 stakes-winning form. Since capturing the New York Oaks at Finger Lakes on July 23, 2016, she has failed to finish in the money in seven straight starts. The best performances of her 2017 campaign was a fifth-place effort in the Saratoga Dew on August 14 at Saratoga Race Course and Dancin Renee at on June 17 at Belmont, where she returned to the track after a nearly nine-month layoff.

Hector Diaz Jr. will ride the filly, who will break from post 3.

Rounding out the field are two more daughters of Frost Giant; Gabrielle Farm’s Frosty Margarita and Michael Imperio’s Frostie Anne, both trained by Rudy Rodriguez, will break from posts 2 and 4, with jockeys Trevor McCarthy and Junior Alvarado, respectively.
