Race 9) Curlin Stakes 3yo 1&1/8th Mile Post Time 5:40 EDT

1) Hofburg – second in the G1 Florida Derby and a last out third in the Belmont Stakes; back class is enough to get this Tapit colt his first stakes win.

6) Reride – Candy Ride colt switches back to the main track after a so-so Canterbury turf attempt; Asmussen on the surface switch angle, 21 percent.

5) American Lincoln – consistent son of Street Sense is always close and track conditions won’t be an issue.

2) Madison’s Luna – Grade 3 Hutchinson winner returns to the dirt following a game second over the Churchill turf; makes it close.
