HALLANDALE BEACH, FL – Gulfstream Park’s 11-race program Sunday, which kicks off at noon and features five turf races, will be the last before the Christmas holiday.
The program includes a $75,000 optional claimer for 2-year-olds at a mile, a maiden special weight event for 2-year-olds at six furlongs, a maiden special weight event for 3-year-olds going 1 1/16 mile on the turf, and a maiden special weight event for 2-year-old fillies at five furlongs on the turf.

Live racing returns Wednesday, Dec. 26 with 11 races and a noon post.

Sunday’s Rainbow 6 Carryover Jackpot Grows to $66,598

Sunday’s Rainbow 6 will have a carryover of $66,598.49 entering Sunday’s program.
Multiple tickets with five winners Saturday returned $704.72.
There was $150,938 bet into Saturday’s pool.
The carryover jackpot is only paid out when there is a single unique ticket sold with all six winners. On days when there is no unique ticket, 70 percent of that day’s pool goes back to those bettors holding tickets with the most winners, while 30 percent is carried over to the next race day.

There will be a Super Hi 5 carryover Sunday of $3,314.37.
