At least $15-million in wagering is expected for Arlington Million day on Aug. 10 at Arlington International Race Course, including more than half-a-million dollars on multi-race wagers involving the International Festival of Racing.

The 12-race card features 5 stakes races, including the Grade 1 triple of the $600,000 Beverly D (race 9), $500,000 Secretariat Stakes (race 10), and $1-million Arlington Million (Race 11). Those races play a key role in a trio of guaranteed pools on the card that begins 12:15 p.m. CDT.

· $150,000 guaranteed all-stakes Pick 5 on races 8-12

· $300,000 all-graded stakes TwinSpires.com Pick 4 (races 9-12)

· $100,000 all-graded stakes Pick 3 (races 10-12)

“The International Festival of Racing features star power and competitive racing—a great exacta for players seeking big payouts,” Arlington President Tony Petrillo said. “All-stakes multi-race wagers have proven popular with bettors, and we’re pleased to guarantee these pools to give our players confidence that they’ll be playing for big money.”

The Million Day Pick 5 have proven to be a challenging sequence, as nobody picked 5 last year, resulting in a record $375,446 carryover, and in 2017, there were only 2 winners who received $165,138 on a 50-cent bet.

Those looking for advanced information on Arlington’s races to crack these big payouts should visit Brisnet.com/Arlington for past performances from the official data provider for the Kentucky Derby, and wagering is available via TwinSpires.com.
