1) Charlatan (Baffert/Garcia); Speightstown colt has been very impressive in his two career starts winning each handily and posting triple digit speed figures; he’s even money now, sometimes you gotta take it and lower.

11) Basin (Asmussen/Santana); Liam’s Map colt has the first chance to make a start over a fast course since his maiden win at Saratoga last July; take a shot.

9) Winning Impression (Stewart/Leparoux); gelded son of Paynter has put together five straight strong showings; Stewart starters always have a chance of blowing up exotic wagers.

4) Gouverneur Morris (Pletcher/Velazquez); exits a disappointing Florida Derby start however with trainer that’s won this contest five times he’ll factor.
