Gulfstream Park

Race 9) 7 Furlongs. Inside Information S. Grade II. Purse $200,000 FILLIES AND MARES, FOUR YEARS OLD AND UPWARD
Post Time: ( 3:40)/ 2:40/ 1:40/12:40

8) Sound Machine (Joseph/Ortiz, J.); bumping issues cost this filly out of Into Mischief last out in Sugar Swirl; outside post saves her this time.

2) Cinnabunny (Cox/Ortiz, I.); also bumped around in ‘Swirl, however this Golden Lad filly had enough to stay on for third less than a length back; forwardly placed will be tough to catch.

4) Thisismytime (O’Connell/Zayas); followed up her triple-digit speed figure win in the Millions Turf (rained-off) with an equally strong win here against a solid field of OC’s.

3) Bronx Beauty (Margotta/Saez); closed through the traffic issues in the Sugar Swirl missing by a head; fits against these.

7) Sally’s Curlin (Romans/Lanerie); mare out of Curlin has been dueling against top shelf competition forever, this spot maybe just what she needs to break drought.

Selections: 8, 2, 4, 3 Hi-5 add 7

Race 10) 1½ Mile. (Turf) W. L. McKnight S. L. MCKNIGHT S.. Grade III. Purse $150,000 FOUR YEAR OLDS AND UPWARD
Post Time: ( 4:13)/ 3:13/ 2:13/ 1:13

4) Temple (Maker/Ortiz, I.); back-to-back near misses here and at Keeneland; jock change today gets it done.

7) Tide of the Sea (Maker/Gaffalione); rank and other issues doomed him before he could contend in the Fort Lauderdale; has shown a liking for the distance.

5) Sadler’s Joy (Albertrani/Ortiz, J.); veteran just keeps getting checks as his $2.6 bankroll shows; would not be a surprise.

11) Channel Cat (Sisterson/Lanerie); 6-year-old had little left in the Lauderdale; however he’s quite capable of posting the speed to take this.

1) Doswell (Tagg/Alvarado); gelding deserves more respect than I’m showing him here; form is positive and should be kept in multi-race wagers.

Selections: 4, 7, 5, 11, 1
