3) Night Ops – 5-year-old placed third in each of his last two at Oaklawn, both very tough fields. If’s there’s such a thing as class relief at Keeneland it may apply here.
5) Silver Dust – 7-year-old out of Tapit brings each time out, though he struggles to get top spot at this distance don’t turn your back on him.
2) Treasure Trove – steady effort throughout in the marathon Temperance Hill keeps this one in the mix.
Race 8) 5½ Furlongs. (Turf) Giant’s Causeway S. Purse $100,000 FOR FILLIES AND MARES, THREE YEARS OLD AND UPWARD
1) Into Mystic – enter off three straight strong efforts at Fair Grounds placing twice and winning the Menard Stakes.
8) Change of Control – love the way this Fed Biz mare closed in each of her last three, needs some racing luck.
10) Jakarta – Honey Fox effort last out was all-game losing to the tough Got Stormy by less than a length; repeat of that try gets it done here.
3) Elle Z – has won 3-of-4; they’re going to have to catch tis one, include in all multi-race wagers.
Race 9) 1&1/16th Mile. Stonestreet Lexington S. Grade III. Purse $200,000 FOR THREE YEAR OLDS
7) Proxy- Godolphin colt out of Tapit has been tested in each of his last three all in Fair Grounds “Road to the Derby” contests, gets it done here.
6) Hockey Dad – Nyquist colt returns to dirt; Cal-bred is never fat off the lead.
3) Bezos – son of Empire Maker exits his maiden score and a last out winner for trainer Baffert, 28 percent.
9) King Fury – the shades come off this Curlin colt, an awesome 27 percent conditioning angle for Kenny McPeek.
Race 10) 1&1/16th Mile. (Turf) Coolmore Jenny Wiley S. Grade I. Purse $300,000 FOR FILLIES AND MARES, FOUR YEARS OLD AND UPWARD
1) Micheline – after a near miss in the QEII last October, daughter of Bernardini fired fresh in an all out effort to take the G2 Hillsborough at Tampa; Godolphin starters are on fire this year.
4) Etoile – makes 2021 debut after closing out 2020 with a win in the Grade 1 EP Taylor at Woodbine; trainer Brown so strong in these spots.
2) Tamahere – French filly didn’t much care for Del Mar and the Matriarch field last out; gets a turf course here she’ll like.
3) Julie Foxtrot – has been facing the toughest field’s of this bunch.
